Job Overview

This position is responsible for providing technical engineering support and daily end user operations assistance.

The role involves collaborating with the engineering team to achieve project goals and offering daily end user escalation support worldwide.

  • Create essential technical documentation, standard operating procedures, and user-facing runbooks for assigned projects and maintenance tasks.
  • Provide support for multiple Windows platforms in both physical and virtual environments.
  • Maintain desktop images and modify SCCM task sequences as needed.

The ideal candidate will possess strong problem-solving and root cause analysis skills, experience with troubleshooting, and industry best practices to manage Windows-based projects.

A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or Engineering is required, along with at least 5 years of hands-on experience working with Azure Virtual Desktops and 5 years of experience as a System Engineer.
