Job Description:

We are seeking an exceptional US IT Recruiter to join our dynamic team. As a key member, you will be responsible for finding and attracting top talent in the US IT industry.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and networking skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment that is driven by metrics.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Recruit and manage direct clients in the US, handling the entire recruitment lifecycle.
  • Collaborate closely with recruiting leads and hiring managers to achieve shared goals.
  • Develop comprehensive action plans to identify and attract top candidates that meet client requirements.
  • Utilize niche platforms related to IT to source potential candidates.
  • Conduct personal interviews, document results, and provide regular reports as needed.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Experience in using popular job portals such as Dice, Carrier Builder, Monster, Indeed, and LinkedIn to source and screen candidates.
  • Strong understanding of key skills required in IT job roles and ability to identify qualified technical candidates.
  • Comfortable working flexible EST and PST shifts.
  • Experience in recruiting US citizens and Green Card holders.
  • Knowledge of various employment models including C2C, C2H, W2, and 1099 hiring.
  • Ability to negotiate and finalize salary or rates with GCs, U.S. Citizens, H1B, GC EADs, H-4 EADs, TN permit holders, and OPT EAD.
  • Excellent communication skills and good knowledge of US IT staffing practices.
  • Deep sourcing skills and excellent candidate assessment abilities.
  • Self-motivated and team-oriented individual with analytical thinking skills.
  • Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems and resume databases.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
