Job Overview:
As a Technical Recruiter at RandomTrees, you will be responsible for identifying, attracting, and hiring top-notch technical professionals to meet the company's evolving needs. Leveraging your 4+ years of experience in recruitment, you will collaborate closely with hiring managers and HR partners to ensure a seamless and efficient hiring process.

Key Responsibilities:

- Talent Acquisition:

- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand technical requirements and develop effective recruitment strategies.
- Pipeline Management:

- Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
- Employer Branding:

- Promote [Your MNC Company Name] as an employer of choice through active participation in industry events, online forums, and other networking opportunities.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create compelling employer branding content.
- Collaboration and Communication:

- Foster strong relationships with hiring managers and cross-functional teams to understand business objectives and hiring priorities.
- Provide regular updates on recruitment progress and market trends to stakeholders.

Qualifications:

- Proven experience as a Technical Recruiter with at least 4 years of hands-on recruitment experience, preferably in a multinational corporation.
- Strong understanding of technology roles and the ability to assess technical skills.
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and other HR software.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proactive and self-motivated with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Must Have proven experince worked in other MNC'S.
- Notice period is immediate to 15 days only.
