We are seeking a seasoned Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for sourcing and engaging top-tier IT talent across various roles, developing innovative sourcing strategies, managing the full recruitment lifecycle, and building a network of potential candidates.
The ideal candidate will have 10+ years of experience in IT recruitment, preferably in US staffing, with a strong understanding of US tax terms, work visas, and compliance. They will also have experience sourcing through LinkedIn Recruiter, Dice, Monster, and social media, as well as excellent communication and negotiation skills.

Requirements- 10+ years of experience in IT recruitment, preferably in US staffing
- Strong understanding of US tax terms (W2, C2C, 1099), work visas (H1B, GC, USC), and compliance
- Experience sourcing through LinkedIn Recruiter, Dice, Monster, and social media
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in using ATS platforms and MS Office tools
