*About the Role**

We are seeking a highly skilled **Workday Recruitment Techno-Functional Consultant** to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of both the **technical** and **functional** aspects of Workday, with a focus on **Recruitment and Talent Acquisition modules**. You will be responsible for implementing, configuring, customizing, and supporting Workday solutions to meet business needs.

**Key Responsibilities**

* Collaborate with HR, Talent Acquisition, and IT teams to gather requirements and design Workday Recruitment solutions.
* Configure Workday Recruitment modules including **Job Requisitions, Job Postings, Offer Letters, Candidate Management, and Onboarding workflows**.
* Develop and maintain **Workday reports, calculated fields, dashboards, and integrations** with other HR and recruitment tools.
* Provide **technical support** for Workday Recruitment, includingb troubleshooting issues and resolving system errors.
* Perform **data loads and data migrations** using EIB, Workday Studio, and other integration tools.
* Support **Workday releases, regression testing, and system enhancements**.
* Train HR and Recruitment teams on Workday Recruitment functionalities.
* Act as a liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams.

*Required Skills & Experience**

* **38 years** of overall Workday experience with at least **2+ years** in Workday Recruitment module.
* Strong knowledge of **Workday HCM** core functionalities.
* Hands-on experience in **Workday Configuration, Reporting, and Integrations** (EIB, Workday Studio, PECI, etc.).
* Understanding of **Workday security framework** and business process configuration.
* Ability to work in both **functional and technical capacities**.
* Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
* Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

**Good to Have**

* Workday certifications in **Recruitment** or **HCM**.
* Experience in **other Workday modules** like Core HCM, Absence, or Compensation.
* Exposure to **Agile project methodology**.
