Location: Bangalore, Hyderabad, Pune and NCR, India (Hybrid)

Duration: Contract (3 Months with the possible extension)

Job description:

Workday Integration Associate Consultant: Workday-certified professional with over 2 years of experience and mandatory Workday Core Integration Certification. Skilled in designing, developing, and testing complex integrations independently using EIB, Studio, Core/Cloud Connectors, Web Services (REST/SOAP), XML/XSLT, and calculated fields. Experienced in resolving integration issues, providing production support, and handling Payroll integrations (PECI/PICOF) and middleware configurations. Proficient in Business Process Configurations, Security, ISU/ISSG, and migration using Object Transporter. Capable of building advanced and BIRT reports across HCM and FIN modules, with a strong understanding of both functional and technical aspects of Workday.

Workday Integration Consultant: Workday-certified professional with over 4 years of experience and mandatory Workday Core Integration Certification. Strong functional expertise in Workday HCM modules and hands-on experience with EIB, Studio, Core/Cloud Connectors, Web Services (REST/SOAP), BIRT, XML/XSLT, and advanced reporting. Skilled in leading integration design and development, resolving complex issues, and providing production support. Experienced in Payroll integrations (PECI/PICOF), middleware configurations, and business process setup including Security and ISU/ISSG. Familiar with both HCM and FIN modules, with exposure to 2+ full-cycle implementations.

Workday Integration Assistant Manager: Workday-certified professional with over 6 years of experience and mandatory Workday Core and Integration certifications. Proven track record of leading 4+ full-cycle Workday implementations with deep expertise in HCM and Payroll integrations using EIB, Workday Studio, Core Connectors, Web Services, and RaaS. Skilled in resolving complex integration issues, designing and testing advanced integrations, and providing production support. Strong hands-on experience with Cloud connectors, XML/XSLT, BIRT, and middleware integrations including PECI/PICOF. Proficient in Business Process Configurations, Security, ISU/ISSG, and I-Loads. Adept at building advanced reports across HCM and FIN modules, with a solid understanding of HR and Payroll best practices.
