Workday Technical Consultant

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Workday Technical Consultant to join our team. As a key member of our integration team, you will be responsible for designing and developing complex integrations using Workday Studio.

Your primary focus will be on ensuring efficient data flow and compatibility between different systems. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot and resolve integration issues. In addition, you will create technical documentation, including design specifications, test plans, and user guides.

To succeed in this role, you will need to stay up-to-date with Workday updates and incorporate them into your integration strategies. You will also provide guidance and mentorship to junior team members.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with partners to gather integration requirements and understand business needs.
  • Design and develop complex integrations using Workday Studio.
  • Implement and maintain integrations while adhering to best practices and data security standards.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve integration issues.
  • Create technical documentation.
  • Stay up-to-date with Workday updates.
  • Provide guidance and mentorship.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
  • Proven experience working as a Workday Integrations Consultant.
  • In-depth knowledge of Workday architecture.
  • Strong understanding of integration concepts.
  • Proficiency in programming languages such as Java or Python.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills.
  • Exceptional communication skills.
  • Certification in Workday is advantageous but not mandatory.
  • Availability to join within 1-3 months.
  • Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus.
