**Role Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Assist in drafting and posting job descriptions on various platforms (job portals, social media, etc.).
- Assist in employer branding initiatives to enhance the organization's visibility in the job market.
- Provide administrative support to the recruitment team as needed.

**Skills and Qualifications**:

- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with ATS tools is a plus.
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Eagerness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
