We are looking for a seasoned Bid Development Lead to take charge of our pre-sales strategy and drive business growth from our delivery centers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with Technical Direction and Business Organizations on pre-sales, offer readiness, and risk management.
  • Anticipate and respond to major RFI/RFPs, defining action plans and coordinating with global pre-sales teams.
  • Support new business strategy development, preparation of bid documents, and qualification of business and strategy.
  • Bid Management: ensure offers maximize value, coordinate bid teams, and review quality and financial forms.
  • Analyze risks, perform lessons learned, and capitalize best practices for improved win rates and reuse.

This role requires 10+ years of industry experience and is based in Kolkata, India.
