Job Description
  • Identify, pursue, and secure new business opportunities via online platforms.
  • Optimize and maintain company profiles across bidding platforms to maximize visibility and conversion rates.

The successful candidate will have exceptional written and verbal communication skills, excellent negotiation, presentation, and interpersonal abilities. In-depth knowledge of IT services, web and app development, UI/UX, and digital marketing solutions is essential.

Required Skills & Qualifications
  • 3–4 years of proven success in IT business development and online bidding.
  • Strong portfolio of closed deals in international markets, ideally targeting North America and Europe.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or a related field (or equivalent experience).

As a Bid Specialist, you will collaborate with internal teams to ensure projects are delivered on time and meet client expectations. You will also leverage tools such as Sales Navigator, email outreach software, and CRM systems.
