Job Title: Tender Executive

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Tender Executive to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and coordinating online tender submissions, particularly through the Government e-Marketplace (GEM) Portal.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of online procurement processes and the ability to manage tender documentation, compliance, and deadlines efficiently.

  • Monitor relevant online portals for new tender opportunities.
  • Analyze tender documents and evaluate eligibility criteria.
  • Prepare and submit technical and commercial bids in accordance with tender requirements.
  • Coordinate with internal departments to gather necessary documentation and certifications.
  • Track tender status, follow up on submissions, and handle post-bid documentation.
  • Maintain records of all tender submissions and outcomes.
  • Ensure compliance with all rules and regulations related to government procurement.

Key Skills:

  • Graduate in any discipline.
  • Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience in online tendering, specifically on the GEM Portal.
  • Strong knowledge of government procurement procedures and documentation.
  • Proficient in MS Office and tender submission tools.
  • Good communication and coordination skills.
  • Attention to detail and ability to meet strict deadlines.
