Tender Acquisition Manager

We are seeking a diligent and experienced tender acquisition manager to oversee and coordinate online tender submissions, particularly through government procurement platforms.

About the Role:

  • Monitor relevant online portals for new tender opportunities.
  • Analyze tender documents and evaluate eligibility criteria.
  • Prepare and submit technical and commercial bids in accordance with tender requirements.
  • Coordinate with internal departments to gather necessary documentation and certifications.
  • Track tender status, follow up on submissions, and handle post-bid documentation.
  • Maintain records of all tender submissions and outcomes.
  • Ensure compliance with all rules and regulations related to government procurement.
  • Respond to queries and clarifications from clients or authorities as needed.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement effective tender submission strategies.
  • Cultivate strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external partners.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry developments and regulatory changes.

Requirements:

  • Graduate in any discipline.
  • Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience in online tendering, specifically on government procurement platforms.
  • Strong knowledge of government procurement procedures and documentation.
  • Proficient in MS Office and tender submission tools.
  • Good communication and coordination skills.
  • Attention to detail and ability to meet strict deadlines.
