Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled Procure To Pay Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the procure to pay process from start to finish, ensuring that all transactions are accurate and timely.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • 5-8 years of relevant work experience in procure to pay or accounts payable
  • End-to-end knowledge of procure to pay and accounts payable processes
  • Good understanding of MS Office Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Language requirement – English
  • Team leading experience
  • Analytical thinking
  • Strong analytical skills, Communication skills
  • Result orientation
  • Good domain expertise
  • Good understanding of SAP, Concur will be a plus

Job Responsibilities:

  1. Process local and foreign currency invoices through the accounts payable systems
  2. Ability to communicate with internal and external stakeholders
  3. Identify improvement opportunities which will help improve both AP and T&E processes by supporting Lean and Six Sigma projects
  4. Communication with external vendors regarding invoice matters, supplier inquires
  5. Query handling and issue resolution
  6. Identify queries in the invoices and status update to Supervisor
  7. Assist in adhering to SLA compliance
  8. Generation of system-based reports
  9. Ability to build capability for operations through training and coaching on the floor
  10. Implement initiatives to improve processes and efficiencies within area of expertise
  11. Prepare and regularly update process documents
  12. Solving queries of the team members
  13. Creation of a knowledge database that would assist in learning
  14. Quality Check of all activities
  15. Development and use of policies and procedures for various AP activities
