Secure high-value contracts as a Bid and Proposal Manager by researching, strategizing, and crafting compelling proposals that showcase creativity and business impact.

The ideal candidate will have 8+ years of experience in bid management, proposal writing, or business development within creative agencies, marketing services, or integrated communications.

A successful Bid and Proposal Manager will have exceptional storytelling, content writing, and stakeholder management skills. Experience with Gen AI, automation tools, MS Office Suite, and familiarity with agency workflows is also required.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the end-to-end bid process from opportunity identification through to final submission, ensuring compliance with all RFP/RFI/Tender requirements.
  • Develop winning strategies that clearly articulate value proposition, creativity, and business capabilities.
  • Collaborate with global teams including creative, client services, production, and technology to align solutions with client needs.
  • Craft impactful case studies, storytelling decks, and draft proposals that resonate with senior decision-makers.
  • Maintain a library of high-quality case studies, credentials, and proposal assets to accelerate future bids.
  • Track bid performance metrics, analyse win/loss trends, and refine strategies for continuous improvement.
