PhonePe is seeking a highly skilled Senior Business Operations Analyst to join our team. As an Operational Excellence Specialist, you will play a critical role in driving business growth and improving operational efficiency.
The ideal candidate will have at least 3-4 years of experience in the operations/payment industry and possess excellent communication skills, negotiation abilities, and a strong understanding of Excel and SQL.
This role offers a competitive salary range of ₹20-30 lakhs per annum, commensurate with experience.
About the Role:
- Work closely with banks and institutions to drive payments initiatives and implement technological interventions.
- Manage and analyze business reports using Excel and SQL to ensure accurate and timely insights.
- Develop and maintain relationships with payment stakeholders to foster collaboration and innovation.
- Drive execution excellence with a customer-first approach to resolve pain points promptly.
- Maintain transaction success rates, analyze data, and implement enhancements for improved products and processes.
- Collaborate with Customer Support to resolve issues and maintain Bank and Network relations.
- Address internal queries and escalations related to payment transactions and collaborate with finance for reconciliations.
- Lead integrations and go-live activities with internal and external teams to ensure seamless operations.
- Make critical business decisions, execute SOPs, and drive continuous improvements.
Requirements:
- Minimum 3-4 years of work experience in the operations/payment industry.
- Strong communication skills and ability to negotiate for one's requirements.
- Advanced knowledge of Excel and SQL.
- B.Tech/MBA preferred qualifications.
