Role Overview
About the Position:
NIRU Group, a pioneering luxury brand, seeks an exceptional Chief of Staff to spearhead strategic planning, research, and product development. This is a unique opportunity to join a stealth-mode startup backed by a legacy of excellence from a global organization.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead daily research initiatives focused on historical and cultural data from ancient Hindu scriptures.
  • Implement and oversee the use of data analysis and NLP tools to extract deeper insights and meanings from large volumes of textual data.
  • Collaborate with cross-disciplinary teams to integrate machine learning methodologies that enhance traditional research processes.
  • Work closely with research teams to integrate insights from ancient scriptures and ensure their application in design and product development.
  • Define research objectives, prioritize key areas (preferences, pain points, solutions), and set clear deadlines for each phase.
  • Continuously reassess priorities to align with the project timeline.
  • Deep dive into customer preferences and pain points through interviews, surveys, and testing solutions.
  • Use findings to refine and validate offerings while integrating them into the project plan.

Strategic & Project Management:
Partner with the Founder (Anshi Barmecha) to develop and implement strategies; manage projects using tools like Monday.com; ensure timelines and quality in product development with teams in India, France, and Switzerland.

Cross-Disciplinary Collaboration:
Act as the main liaison between research teams, technical developers, and designers, facilitating smooth communication and project alignment.

Key Qualifications:
2-5 years of experience in consulting, project management, or a similar high-impact environment, ideally within luxury or high-end sectors.
Experience in research methodologies.
Knowledge or strong interest in Hindu Studies or Mythology.
Superior organizational skills with the ability to juggle multiple priorities under tight deadlines.
Exceptional communication skills; must be fluent in English and Hindi, with French as a strong advantage.
Proactive, detail-oriented, and adept at handling confidential information with discretion.
