Elastomers Business Strategy Lead

We are seeking an experienced Elastomers Business Strategy Lead to join our team at Reliance Industries Limited. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for leading the development and implementation of business strategies to drive growth and profitability in the elastomers market.
Key Responsibilities:
- Business Planning and Execution: Assist in the formulation of business plans and ensure day-to-day execution in line with functional standards and regulations.
- Pricing Support: Share ways for Net Sales Revenue (NSR) improvement by recommending distribution and grade optimization, maximization of volumes in high net back areas/grades, and production plan optimization to contribute towards revenue maximization.
- Market Intelligence: Establish a suitable price discovery mechanism by monitoring external factors like market conditions and competitor scenarios and ensure consistency of set prices throughout the market.
- Customer Coverage: Achieve customer coverage for assigned geographies, anticipate market dynamics, and ensure target achievement.
- Sales Planning: Consolidate and maintain grade-wise and customer-wise sales plans for all regional offices by gathering and organizing data, reviewing, and analyzing to find commonalities and then developing a consolidated plan.
Requirements:
- Education Qualifications: B.E./B.Tech (Polymer/Chemical/Textile/Mechanical); MBA desirable.
- Experience: 6-11 years of experience with significant experience in similar businesses.
- Functional / Behavioural Competencies: Product knowledge, industry awareness, commercial acumen, understanding of target export markets, and updated knowledge of DGFT, taxation-related rules/amendments.
Salary: ₹80,00,000 - ₹1,20,00,000 per annum.
