Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Creative Strategy Lead to join our team at Mediabrands. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for conducting market research, developing brand strategies, and overseeing the execution of marketing campaigns.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct in-depth market research to identify opportunities, threats, and key trends that inform brand strategies.
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of target audience, market trends, and competitive landscape to shape and evolve brand strategies.
  • Collaborate with clients to understand their business objectives and develop comprehensive brand strategies that align with their goals.
  • Oversee the development of marketing campaigns that encompass various channels, including social media, content marketing, and website flow.
  • Lead and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure the successful execution of brand campaigns and initiatives.
  • Monitor and analyze the performance of brand initiatives, campaigns, and KPIs, providing insights and recommendations for optimization.
  • Define and refine brand positioning, unique selling propositions, and messaging strategies to ensure clients' brands stand out in the market.
  • Develop and maintain brand guidelines to ensure consistent brand representation across all client touchpoints and marketing materials.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.

5+ years of experience in brand strategy, marketing, or a related role, preferably in an advertising agency environment.

Strong analytical skills and proficiency in data-driven decision-making.

Strong understanding of brand communication principles, communication strategy, and consumer behavior.

Exceptional communication and presentation skills.

Proficiency in marketing software and tools, including analytics and social media management platforms.

Experience with client management and the ability to build and maintain client relationships.
