About the Role

FYI Creative Marketing is seeking a highly skilled Art Director to join our team. As a key member of our creative department, you will be responsible for conceptualizing and executing design development and execution of the creative concept from inception through to completion on assigned brands and individual projects.

Key Responsibilities

  • Partner with writers to develop design solutions that meet brand strategies and communication challenges.
  • Lead brainstorming/development of creative concepts and design solutions for content play and execution.
  • Create production-ready designs and layouts, establishing the look/tone/feel for campaigns and conveying ideas through well-designed presentations.
  • Ensure all visual design adheres to existing brand guidelines or help create new ones if required.
  • Oversee all aspects of creative design development including presentation decks, video formats, and communication collaterals.
  • Work on video and animation assignments and supervise production.
  • Build relationships with clients and vendors.
  • Stay up-to-date with current trends and technological advances.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Art and Design.
  • 4-6 years of Art Direction and/or design experience in a Advertising, Marketing, or Digital agency or department.
  • Experience with online content formats (websites, email, banners, etc.).
  • Ability to juggle multiple projects, meet deadlines, and ensure high-quality error-free output.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator) and presentation tools like PowerPoint and Google Slides.
  • Working knowledge of photography.
  • Bonus skills in sketching and animation are appreciated.
  • AEC industry experience is preferred.
  • Ability to think creatively and design original content.
