Business Expansion and Digital Strategy – Key Responsibilities
• Strategic Ownership: 30 Cr annual budget and pipeline creation for team expansion. Build a Cluster team across the region.
• Develop and execute digital strategy, including sales function improvement, managing a team of 400 onground resources, and proposing B2B campaigns.
• Sales Engine Focus: Partners with development and management to enhance customer acquisition model, drive healthy quarterly subscription, and renewals.

• Lead a diverse sales function within the business unit, ownership of FTEs deployment in each function.
• Embed a culture of data-driven decision making, self-organizing teams, and product management excellence.
• Role model Enterprise Leadership behaviors across markets, functions, and teams, ensuring clear accountabilities and optimizing value creation for the company.

• Lead sales efforts for multiple cities and drive capability building plans with partners through timely trainings.
• A strategic planner with a proven track record of demand generation and conversation for New and Existing Clients, managing sales and service operations. Identify and recruit channel partners through strategic partnerships.
