Head of Sales Solutions Business

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Sales Leader to head our ISE Solutions business. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving business growth and expansion in the ISE market.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve business objectives
- Lead a team of sales professionals to drive sales growth and customer satisfaction
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, partners, and stakeholders
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement sales campaigns and initiatives
- Monitor and analyze sales performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions
- 14-18 years of sales experience in a similar industry or material handling equipment industry
- Proven track record of driving sales growth and expansion
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
