Pre-Sales/Business Development Head

Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled Pre-Sales/Business Development Head to join our team at IMTS Enterprise Solutions Pvt. Ltd. The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, developing and executing sales strategies, and building strong relationships with clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve business growth and revenue targets
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research, networking, and lead generation
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders
- Develop and present sales proposals, pitches, and presentations to clients and stakeholders
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product, and technical teams, to develop and execute sales strategies
- Manage and analyze sales data, metrics, and reports to inform sales strategies and decisions
Requirements:
- 8-10 years of experience in sales, business development, or a related field
- Proven track record of success in identifying and pursuing new business opportunities
- Strong understanding of business processes, industry trends, and market dynamics
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities and deadlines
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in the IoT, enterprise software, or related industries
- Knowledge of industry trends, market dynamics, and emerging technologies
- Certifications or training in sales, business development, or a related field
