We are seeking an experienced senior manager to lead the expansion of our presence in key industrial accounts within the Western region. The ideal candidate will have a strong track record in sales management, with expertise in B2B products.

Key Responsibilities
  • Revenue Growth: Be accountable for meeting revenue and margin targets by driving sales to industrial customers. You will also be responsible for retaining existing clients and growing key relationships through strategic initiatives.
  • Team Leadership: Lead and coach a team of professionals within the region to achieve targets. This includes developing and grooming associates to become future leaders.
  • Customer Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with industrial customers. You will conduct product demonstrations, sample runs, and gather feedback to earn customer trust and repeat business.
  • Strategic Planning: Plan and strategize moves for assigned customers and territories. You will also generate leads through regular customer engagement and promptly and effectively solve customer queries.
  • Cross-functional Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless service and order delivery. You will also work with global counterparts to share best practices and ensure a consistent customer experience.
Required Qualifications
  • Experience: 12+ years of sales experience in industrial products, preferably in capital goods or similar segments. Proven experience in direct sales management and a track record of successfully overseeing multiple projects.
  • Education: An Engineering degree.
  • Skills:
  • Strong leadership skills with experience managing a sales team.
  • Excellent presentation and communication skills, with the ability to handle complex client conversations independently.
  • A customer-focused individual who builds trust and dedication through a customer-centric approach.
  • A innovative thinker who can bring fresh perspectives and creative solutions.
  • Effective stakeholder engagement and the ability to work in a matrixed environment.
