We are seeking a highly driven and experienced Senior Sales Manager to manage sales operations in the real estate sector. The role involves achieving sales targets, nurturing client relationships, driving revenue growth, and expanding market presence across residential projects. The position also includes guiding and motivating the sales team while ensuring smooth collaboration with internal and external stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue targets.

Generate leads through networking, market research, channel partners, brokers, and industry events.

Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, investors, developers, and brokers to ensure long-term partnerships.

Conduct site visits, client meetings, and property presentations to convert prospects into successful deals.

Negotiate and close high-value transactions while ensuring profitability and customer satisfaction.

Collaborate with the marketing team to design and execute campaigns aligned with sales objectives.

Motivate, guide, and support the sales team to achieve individual and collective goals.

Provide direction, training, and regular feedback to enhance team performance.

Track, analyze, and report sales performance metrics (revenue, pipeline, conversion rates) to senior management.

Stay updated with real estate market trends, competitor strategies, and customer preferences to refine business approaches.

Ensure compliance with company policies during all sales transactions.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, or related field (MBA preferred).

5–7 years of proven sales experience in real estate sales management.

Strong track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.

Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.

Proficiency in CRM software, MS Office Suite, and digital sales platforms.

Preferred Skills

Experience handling high-value real estate transactions and portfolios.

Ability to analyze market trends and create actionable strategies.

Strong motivational, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.

Familiarity with sales forecasting, reporting, and performance analysis.
