About the Role
- Maintain efficient kitchen operations by analyzing quality and cost of food production.
- Ensure adherence to set standards, menus, recipes, and operational specifics provided by management.
- Monitor and assist Heads of Department in preparing daily electronic requisitions and conduct regular food tastings.
- Lead and mentor team members to boost morale and personal esteem, ensuring fair treatment and a positive work atmosphere.
Key Qualifications
- Demonstrated culinary expertise, leadership skills, and experience with a minimum of 8 years in the profession (high-end hotels and restaurants).
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a senior role in a reputable luxury hospitality establishment or upscale cruise line.
- Fluent communication skills in written and spoken English.
