Requirements:
  • A minimum of 4-6 years of experience in an upscale hotel, resort, or cruise ship environment.
  • Prior experience as a Chef De Partie or Demi Chef De Partie is highly desirable.
  • A culinary school degree is essential.
  • Strong management skills, particularly in multicultural and dynamic environments.
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, decision-making, and interpersonal skills.
  • Superior customer service, teamwork, and conflict resolution skills.
  • Familiarity with HACCP principles and international sanitation standards.
