This key role is responsible for driving regional growth by leading the expansion of new school partnerships and fostering strong relationships with school leaders to deliver excellent education to every child.
Key Responsibilities:- School Acquisition: Drive the successful onboarding of new schools, ensuring alignment with our mission and strategic goals.
- Relationship Building: Act as the single point of contact for partner schools, building strong relationships based on understanding of parent aspirations, school owner needs, and market dynamics.
- School Support: Support school growth through parent engagement initiatives, admission programs, and regional brand-building efforts.
- Partnership Management: Negotiate and finalize partnership agreements that align with our goals, ensuring smooth transition to the Key Account team.
Key Performance Indicators: Drive timely collections, monitor key performance metrics, and communicate progress regularly to stakeholders.
Ideal Experience Profile:- 8-10 years in new client acquisition with 2-4 years in team leadership roles.
- Significant experience in pan-India Sales solution delivery and successful leadership of large volume, high quality sales engagement required.
- Excellent skills include new client acquisition, negotiation and closing the deal.
- Ready to travel across the territory/zone.
