Finance Partnership Manager

We seek a driven and skilled professional to partner with commodity traders, procurement buyers, and global supply chain teams.
About the Position:This is a key role in driving CRM growth initiatives and requires strong analytical skills, business acumen, and stakeholder engagement capabilities.
Responsibilities:- Partner with cross-functional teams to drive CRM growth strategies and initiatives.
- Collaborate with internal auditors to ensure compliance with IFRS 9 hedge accounting principles and regulatory requirements.
- Establish governance models to monitor and communicate business risks.
- Design and implement processes and systems to support CRM in adopting high-performance digitized technology infrastructure.
- Support the procurement team in executing strategic CRM initiatives and driving value creation.
- At least 2 years of relevant financial experience in areas like financial markets, financial and management accounting, business partnering, supply chain finance, controllers, or treasury.
- Understanding of commodity markets, concepts, and willingness to stay updated on economic macrofundamentals and accounting developments.
- Demonstrated ability to thrive in complex and dynamic environments, including unstructured settings.
- Exceptional business partnering and stakeholder engagement skills, with a proven ability to influence cross-functional teams.
- Highly analytical skills with passion for delivering actionable insights.
