- Partnerships Manager We are looking for an experienced business-minded and enterprising Partnerships Manager to join an international team of experts in banking compliance and corporate account management to help support our growing operations Job description and main responsibilities xef x82 xb7 Sustain existing partnerships through ongoing professional communication xef x82 xb7 Expand the network of existing business introducers to ensure predictable prospects flow xef x82 xb7 Manage the process of compliant on-boarding of business introducers and records keeping e g NDAs Application Form Screening process together with Compliance team Agreement including compensation plan by prospect xef x82 xb7 Triage of prospects to assign them to different channels and complete the specific on-boarding process based on respective risk appetite xef x82 xb7 Work with Client Success Management CSM team to obtain and share commercial framework with introducers for their clients obtain pre-acceptance from CSM and On- Boarding teams for collecting required KYC and execute the on-boarding xef x82 xb7 Ensure process rigor through periodic testing that clients are tied on our system to the specific introducer with pre-agreed pricing for receipt of on-going commissions xef x82 xb7 Implement and manage a monthly Introducer Reconciliation and payment process with Finance team support xef x82 xb7 Ensure timely payment to introducers by working with Finance and Operations teams and the introducers to raise monthly invoices for eligible commissions reflected in the system xef x82 xb7 Periodic review with stakeholders on progress of key goals and reporting to senior management Requirements xef x82 xb7 English excellence written and verbal xef x82 xb7 Excellent organizational and communication skills xef x82 xb7 Ability to work independently and manage projects with an organization-wide perspective xef x82 xb7 High level of accuracy and attention to detail xef x82 xb7 Bachelor s degree or equivalent in Marketing management business administration Computer Science or a related field xef x82 xb7 Minimum of 4 years of experience in client management project management roles with a regulated financial institution xef x82 xb7 Ability to work effectively in a team environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneouslyThe Role offers xef x82 xb7 Opportunity for professional and personal development xef x82 xb7 Opportunity to work in globally diverse work environment and markets xef x82 xb7 Gandhi Nagar Ahmedabad India xef x82 xb7 Position type Full-time xef x82 xb7 Local and international trips may be required
