Operations Manager Job Summary

This role involves overseeing the execution of orders, managing vendor performance, and maintaining data-driven decisions through MIS reports.

Responsibilities:
  • Operational Leadership
    • Monitor and streamline day-to-day operations across warehouse, logistics, store movement, and vendor coordination to minimize delays and errors.
    • Ensure timely order execution, dispatches, and installations while coordinating with internal departments (sales, BD, design, and logistics) for progress tracking on client orders and projects.
    • Manage vendor relationships, procurement timelines, and inventory levels for efficient supply chain management.
    • Identify operational bottlenecks and suggest corrective actions based on data analysis.
  • MIS Reporting & Analysis
    • Develop and analyze daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports on sales orders, dispatches, delivery timelines, stock levels, cost optimization, and create actionable dashboards for management.
    • Automate manual reporting using Excel, Google Sheets, or Power BI to enhance productivity and decision-making.
    • Consolidate data insights from various systems to inform business strategies and optimize processes.
  • Process Improvement & SOP Compliance
    • Enforce adherence to standardized operating procedures (SOPs) across operations and backend teams.
    • Streamline existing processes by identifying inefficiencies and proposing enhancements to improve efficiency and productivity.
    • Support new process implementations and employee training for effective adoption.
