Job Title: BIOVIA LIMS Application Support

Location: Multiple locations across India, including Bangalore, Hyderabad, Mumbai, Chennai, Pune, Noida, Gurgaon and Kolkata.

Experience: 5 to 7 years of experience in laboratory information management systems (LIMS) is required for this role.

Employment Type: Contract to Hire

Work Mode: Hybrid

Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled and motivated LIMS Application Support Specialist to provide technical support, troubleshooting and maintenance for the BIOVIA Laboratory Information Management System (LIMS). This role requires a strong understanding of laboratory workflows, data management and the ability to work closely with end-users to ensure optimal system performance.

The successful candidate will have experience with Caliber Lims,, Empower, Lab Management system, Labvantage, Labware, Starlims, Sample Manager and other laboratory information management systems. They will be responsible for providing technical support, troubleshooting and maintenance for the LIMS, ensuring that it is functioning optimally and efficiently.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Strong understanding of laboratory workflows and data management.
  • Experience with LIMS software and hardware.
  • Ability to work closely with end-users to ensure optimal system performance.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
