About the Role:

Key Responsibilities:
  • Technical Support: Provide immediate resolution for hardware, software, and network issues across all departments.
  • IT Infrastructure Management: Administer employee workstations, laptops, mobile devices, and peripheral equipment.
  • Networking Administration: Manage internal networking components including switches, routers, and access points.
Security Responsibilities:
  • Firewall Configuration: Configure and maintain physical firewall policies and rules.
  • Comprehensive Security Policies: Create, implement, and enforce comprehensive security policies across all systems and processes.
  • Inventory Management: Maintain accurate inventory of all IT assets.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's Degree: In Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
  • Certifications: CompTIA A+, Cisco CCNA, or equivalent experience.
