Job Description

We are seeking a skilled IT professional to fill the role of Help Desk Specialist. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of two years of experience in providing technical support and assistance to customers.

Responsibilities:

  • Receive and log customer inquiries via phone, email, chat, and web portal.
  • Utilize technical knowledge to troubleshoot and resolve IT issues using Manage Engine and ADX tools.
  • Assign tasks to engineers and ensure timely closure.
  • Ensure hardware warranty and AMC support coverage for all IT equipment.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Minimum two years of experience in IT support.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Able to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Knowledge of IT service management principles and practices.
