Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced IT Support Specialist to join our team. As an ERP IT Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing technical support and maintenance for our Real Estate Industry clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with business associates and vendors to maintain, enhance, and troubleshoot ERP applications.
  • Provide comprehensive support to users across various departments including Sales & Customer Care, Billing, Taxation, Engineering, Contracting & Procurement, Finance, and Administration.
  • Gather, analyze, and document business requirements and processes to identify areas for improvement and optimization within the ERP system.
  • Generate and distribute periodic reports based on statistical analysis of data from various timeframes.
  • Effectively supervise and mentor a team to resolve application issues by coordinating with multiple OEMs/Vendors teams.
  • Register new real estate clients under the ERP system, configuring and migrating client data as needed.

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of experience in real estate ERP systems such as Farvision and In4Velocity.
  • Strong technical skills and knowledge of ERP applications.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
