ERP Operations Manager

  • We are seeking a highly skilled ERP Operations Manager to manage day-to-day Farvision ERP operations across various modules.
  • This role involves handling data entry, validation, and reporting to ensure accuracy and compliance.
  • The candidate will be responsible for supporting end-users by resolving functional and technical issues related to Farvision ERP.
  • Key responsibilities include generating, analyzing, and sharing MIS reports, dashboards, and custom reports as per business needs.
  • Candidates will also coordinate with internal teams and vendors for ERP enhancements, upgrades, and troubleshooting.
  • They must ensure timely billing, invoicing, purchase orders, and payment tracking using Farvision.
  • Able to provide training and support to new team members on Farvision ERP processes.
  • Must contribute to process improvements and ensure compliance with company policies.

Requirements & Qualifications:

  • 2–5 years of proven hands-on experience in Farvision ERP.
  • Strong knowledge of real estate / construction business processes.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, reporting).
  • Ability to analyze data and generate insightful MIS reports.
  • Strong problem-solving, communication, and coordination skills.
  • Ability to work independently as well as in a team.
