Procurement Operations Specialist

The Procurement Operations Specialist plays a crucial role in managing day-to-day procurement operations processes, driving key performance metrics, and collaborating with cross-functional teams.
Key Responsibilities:- Oversee PR to PO conversion, fixed asset creation, supplier re-certification, contract drafting, and system updates.
- Contribute to SLA, quality, and efficiency metrics through data analysis.
- Collaborate closely with category managers, accounts payable, vendor risk management, and corporate ethics teams.
- Document processes, develop desktop procedures, and analyze data to drive continuous improvements.
- Design and publish reports, represent the team on internal forums, and handle customer relationships effectively.
- Pursue special projects and drive process enhancements across the organization.
- A minimum of a Bachelor's degree in any subject area; a Master's degree is preferred.
- At least 5-7 years of experience in procurement operations, with exposure to both product and services procurement.
- Thorough knowledge of procurement processes and experience working with P2P tools and ERP systems.
- Contract drafting experience, collaboration with legal departments, and understanding of relevant legal terms.
- Experience in multi-cultural or multi-region shared services environments, proficiency in reporting tools, and strong English language skills are desired.
