Are you looking for a challenging role that combines technical expertise with excellent communication skills? We have an exciting opportunity for a System Analyst/IT Support Specialist to join our team.

The ideal candidate will have experience in providing end-user support, addressing hardware, software, and networking issues, while maintaining strong working relationships with users and peers.

This role requires technical support experience, good communication skills, problem-solving skills, knowledge of desktop and networking issues, and flexibility to work outside core business hours as required.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Providing L1 Desktop Support up to end-user level including hardware, software, and networking problems
  • Basic knowledge of concepts of networking TCP/IP and LAN troubleshooting
  • Basic knowledge of MS Office (preferable)
  • Understanding of Active Directory DNS DHCP and Azure
  • Knowledge in Antivirus VPN endpoint security applications and desktop applications

To be successful in this role, you will need a graduate degree without arrears, at least 6 months of experience in IT Support, and the ability to support on holidays.
