Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our team as a Business Systems Specialist.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent technical skills, strong problem-solving abilities, and outstanding communication skills.

  • This role is responsible for providing system and tools support to users, troubleshooting and resolving technical issues, and maintaining the overall efficiency of our systems.
  • As a key member of our Sales Operations team, you will work closely with other stakeholders to drive all issues to resolution with a strong focus on customer satisfaction and efficient task execution.
  • You will be responsible for triaging Level 2 tickets to the right stakeholders with required information, assisting in scheduled maintenance of the systems via data migrations, and maintaining SLA targets.

  • A good knowledge of sales processes and experience in a sales environment is highly desirable.
