Job Title

Work as a finance and operational analyst to help steer the business and monitor progress.

  • This position specializes in financial analysis, building and maintaining analytical models on key operating measures.
  • The analyst will partner with global finance teams, operations and high-level management to develop strategic plans and improve business agility.
  • Understanding the industry and our business strategy is essential in this role as our work directly influences the execution and success of those strategies.
  • Strong logical reasoning skills are necessary for navigating complex data and advanced Excel functions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and manage data analytics on operational metrics.
  • Build and maintain analytical models on key operating measures.
  • Work closely with leadership team to formulate medium to long-term financial and strategic plans.
  • Communicate effectively to senior management the reasons behind product/department performance and results.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Excellent written, communication, and presentation skills.
  • Highly proficient in use of Microsoft Excel (advanced Excel skills).
  • Ability to multi-task and be a self-starter.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
