Job Title: MIS Finance Manager

Job Description:

  • MIS (Management Information Systems) reporting functions encompass the compilation, analysis, and presentation of comprehensive financial insights to inform business decisions and track performance.
  • Deliver actionable financial data to support executive-level decision making through thorough monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports, including P&L statements, cost analyses, and division-wise performance metrics.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Prepare and present regular MIS financial reports, featuring detailed variance analysis, and propose corrective actions to management.
  2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and validate financial and operational data from various business units.
  3. Develop advanced dashboards and reports for management, investors, and key stakeholders using financial modeling tools.
  4. Lead budget planning, forecasting, and performance monitoring activities, identifying trends for strategic recommendations.
  5. Ensure data integrity and accuracy in financial reporting through regular reconciliations and audits.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Chartered Accountant (CA), MBA (Finance), or equivalent qualification preferred.
  • Minimum 3–6 years of experience in MIS reporting, financial analysis, or related roles.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, ERP systems, and financial modeling.
  • Excellent analytical, presentation, and communication skills.
  • Proven ability to deliver timely, accurate insights to senior leadership.
