Financial Analyst Position

We are seeking an accomplished Financial Analyst to provide crucial support to our finance operations and business analytics functions. This role offers the opportunity to work with international clients, combining core accounting responsibilities with operational and financial performance analysis.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Support day-to-day finance operations including expense allocation, reconciliations, and accounting entries.

Required Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Finance, Accounting, Business Administration.
  • 1–3 years of experience in finance, accounting, or analytics. Experience in the KPO/BPO sector is a plus.
  • Strong proficiency in MS Excel; knowledge of ERP systems and Power BI is an advantage.
  • Excellent communication skills in English (verbal & written) with ability to interact directly with international clients.
  • Analytical mindset with attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Flexible to work in Indian shifts with occasional support during US hours.
