We are seeking a seasoned Microsoft professional with expertise in Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI and SharePoint Online to lead the governance, automation and development of our Microsoft 365 platform.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys building scalable solutions, setting standards and collaborating with business stakeholders and IT teams.

You'll play a key role in shaping and maintaining a secure, compliant and efficient Microsoft 365 environment across the organization.

Responsibilities

  • Lead lifecycle management for Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI).
  • Build and manage Microsoft Power Platform environments and ALM pipelines.
  • Partner with vendors and internal stakeholders to design and implement an environment strategy.
  • Develop and support mission-critical Microsoft Power Apps, Power Automate workflows and SharePoint solutions.
  • Design and build impactful Microsoft Power BI dashboards and reports, including complex data modeling and troubleshooting.
  • Drive adoption of best practices across business units.
  • Use tools like CoE Starter Kit, PowerShell and Graph API to automate administration.
  • Ensure compliance with security, change management and ITIL frameworks.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • 5+ years experience with Microsoft SharePoint Online and Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI)

Key Skills:

  • Microsoft Power BI: DAX, Power Query, data modeling, report performance optimization
  • Microsoft Power Apps & Automate: Workflow engineering, connectors, packaging solutions and development
  • Microsoft Power Platform governance: ALM, environment setup, security roles and licensing

Bonus Skills:

  • Dataverse, CoE Starter Kit, Graph API, PowerShell scripting and automation, SharePoint administration and permissions
