Job Title: Senior Government Operations ManagerJob Summary:

We are seeking an experienced professional to manage our government operations and tender processes across various sectors. This role is critical in expanding our presence in public sector IT solutions and managing relationships with government clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of government projects, including product catalog management, pricing updates, and order processing.
  • Lead end-to-end tender management for IT government contracts, including preparation, submission, and follow-up.
  • Ensure compliance with government procurement policies, guidelines, and tender specifications.
  • Coordinate between internal technical teams and public sector clients to deliver tailored IT solutions.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key government stakeholders and procurement officers.
  • Stay up-to-date on market opportunities in government IT and prepare strategic proposals to expand business growth.
  • Monitor competitor activities and pricing strategies in government tenders.
  • Oversee documentation, contracts, and legal compliance for government projects.
  • Collaborate with sales, technical, and delivery teams to ensure seamless project execution.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or related field.
  • 3-5 years of experience in government operations and tender management.
  • Strong understanding of government procurement processes and policies.
  • Experience working with IT vendors, particularly in cybersecurity, data centers, or digital infrastructure.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite and tender management tools.
  • Knowledge of compliance requirements for government contracts.
  • Strong analytical and project management skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience working with major IT vendors (HP, Dell, Microsoft, Fortinet, etc.).
  • Previous experience in B2G sales.
  • Understanding of cybersecurity solutions and data center technologies.
  • Certification in project management (PMP) or procurement.
  • Experience working with government clients in defense, healthcare, or educational sectors.
