Are you an expert in Microsoft 365 platform governance, automation and development looking for a new challenge? We are seeking an experienced professional to lead our team in building scalable solutions, setting governance standards and collaborating with business stakeholders and IT teams.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys leading initiatives, shaping and maintaining a secure, compliant and efficient Power Platform environment across the organization.

You'll play a key role in defining and implementing a new environment strategy, managing Power Platform environments, DLP policies and ALM pipelines, partnering with vendors and internal stakeholders.

  • Lead governance and lifecycle management for Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, Dataverse).
  • Build and manage Power Platform environments, DLP policies, and ALM pipelines.
  • Partner with vendors and internal stakeholders to design and implement a new environment strategy.
  • Develop and support mission-critical Power Apps, Power Automate workflows, and SharePoint solutions.
  • Design and build impactful Power BI dashboards and reports, including complex data modeling and troubleshooting.
  • Drive adoption of governance and best practices across business units.

We're looking for someone with hands-on skills in:

  • Power BI: DAX, Power Query, data modeling, report performance optimization
  • Power Apps & Automate: Workflow engineering, connectors, packaging solutions and development
  • Power Platform governance: ALM, environment setup, DLP, security roles and licensing

Bonus skills include experience with ShareGate, Jira, Nintex, Azure DevOps, CI/CD and PowerShell scripting and automation.
