Job Title: Enterprise Power Apps Solutions Architect

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced solutions architect with 5+ years of expertise in designing, developing, and implementing business solutions using the Microsoft Power Platform. This role is focused on leading the migration of legacy InfoPath forms to Power Apps within Microsoft 365, modernizing workflows, and building scalable, automated solutions that improve business processes across the enterprise.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Migrate InfoPath forms into Power Apps, ensuring efficient replacements.
  • Architect and develop complex Power Apps solutions (Canvas & Model-Driven) integrated with Dataverse, SQL, and Microsoft 365 services.
  • Build and optimize workflow automation using Power Automate to improve efficiency and reduce manual effort.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, design scalable solutions, and deliver measurable business outcomes.
  • Ensure compliance with governance, security, and best practices for the Power Platform and SharePoint.
  • Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve issues across Power Apps, Power Automate, and integrations.
  • Document technical solutions, migration strategies, workflows, and governance policies for long-term maintainability.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of hands-on experience with Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI).
  • Proven track record of migrating InfoPath forms to Power Apps.
  • Advanced expertise in Power Apps (Canvas & Model-Driven Apps) and workflow automation.
  • Strong knowledge of Dataverse and integrating Power Platform with Microsoft 365 services (Teams, Outlook, etc.).
  • Experience developing custom connectors and working with REST APIs or Microsoft Graph API.
  • Deep understanding of Power Platform governance, ALM, and security best practices.
  • Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and debugging skills.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to translate business needs into technical solutions.
  • Strong expertise in SharePoint Online/On-Premise development and customization.
  • Proficiency in PowerShell scripting for automation and reporting.
  • Experience with SPFx, React/TypeScript, JavaScript, HTML, CSS.
