Collection Management Professional">

The ideal candidate will lead a team by visiting high-value customers and strategize plans to achieve business objectives for the region/state. They must ensure adherence to policy and regulatory frameworks while effectively liaising with external vendors, including legal teams, to drive productivity and efficiency.

This role involves providing timely feedback/updates on concerns impacting the organization financially or regulartorily. Key deliverables include achieving collection targets rolled out for the month, quarter, and year, as well as offering strategic input with visibility of 6 months to 3 years.

Responsibilities:

  • Effective execution of warrants and other legal remedies within timelines in a collaborative manner.
  • Collaboration with external vendors to enhance productivity and efficiency.
  • Developing strategies to achieve business goals for the region/state.
  • Ensuring adherence to policy and regulatory frameworks.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 4 years' experience in collections, with at least 2 years in a similar role.
  • Knowledge of secured and unsecured business is mandatory.
  • Licence to practice law will be an added advantage.

Preferred Skills:

  • Human, Analytical, and Conceptual skills.
  • Managerial Qualities.
  • Excellent communication skills.

Educational Background:

Bachelor's degree in relevant field required.
