Collections Leadership Role

  • Drive business growth by establishing and maintaining strong relationships with key customers.
  • Develop and implement strategies to achieve collection targets for the region/state, aligning with organizational goals.
  • Maintain adherence to policy and regulatory frameworks, ensuring compliance and minimizing risk.
  • Liaise with external vendors, including legal teams, to enhance productivity and efficiency.
  • Provide timely feedback and updates on critical issues impacting the organization financially or legally.

Deliverables

  • Achieve collection targets for the month, quarter, and year.
  • Contribute strategic insights with a 6-month to 3-year visibility.
  • Effectively execute warrants, EPs, and other legal remedies within set timelines in collaboration with stakeholders.

Requirements

  • Minimum 4 years of experience in collections, with at least 2 years in a similar role.

Key Skills and Qualifications

  • Proficient in secured and unsecured business operations.
  • Additive knowledge of legal principles is an advantage.
