Job Title: Financial Services Specialist

Job Summary:

To ensure the achievement of disbursement targets with minimum delinquency, you will play a crucial role in our microfinance business. Your primary objective is to identify joint liability groups and disbursed loans that suit our target customers and geographies.

  • Enabling business growth by developing and managing teams across assigned territories for deeper market penetration and reach.
  • Assessing potential client bases and product acceptability in new regions, areas, and opportunities for geographical expansion of operational areas.
  • Disbursing, repaying, and managing delinquency, achieving daily/weekly collections targets.
  • Making close follow-ups on disbursed loans, especially those not paying on time.
  • Undertaking regular field visits, center meetings, and loan applicants.
  • Maintaining portfolio quality by tracking and controlling normal dues, nonstarters, delinquency, and frauds.
  • Building strong client relationships both internally and externally and building a strong brand identification with potential customers.
  • Ensuring weekly/daily meetings and visits to centers.
