Job Opportunity:

The role of Accounting Representative Associate is accountable for overseeing daily activities related to claims processing, insurance follow-up, and customer service.

Responsibility Areas:

  • To review emails for any updates.
  • Establish communication with Insurance carriers, document notes in software and spreadsheet, and take appropriate action.
  • Identify issues and escalate them to the immediate supervisor.
  • Update production logs.

Key Objectives:

  • Understand client requirements and project specifications.
  • Ensure targeted collections are met on a daily/monthly basis.
  • Meet productivity targets of clients within stipulated timeframes.
  • Maintain deliverables to clients adhering to quality standards.
  • Follow up on pending claims.
  • Prepare and maintain status reports.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.

Preferred Skills:

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Experience with data entry and record-keeping.
