Description: We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Technical Infrastructure Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing first-level technical support and performing diagnostics and troubleshooting for Windows, Linux, and networking equipment.

  • Duties and Responsibilities:

    • Monitor the operational status of systems through dashboards and alerting tools.
    • Log incidents and provide detailed reports to L2 Engineers and IT supervisors.
    • Replace hardware components such as sensors, power supplies, or cables as per SOPs.
    • Coordinate with airport personnel and passengers during system disruptions.
    • Evaluate escalated issues and provide resolution or escalate to OEMs as necessary.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):

  • First-call-resolution rate for technical issues.
  • Mean-time-to-repair (MTTR) for hardware replacements.
  • User satisfaction ratings for technical support services.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
